The Lodge: Our expansive Lodge is over 3200 sq ft and has a spectacular floor to ceiling view of the waterfront of Lake Tawakoni. 

There are 4 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, 4 Platform Rustic Queen Beds, 2 Platform Rustic King beds, 2 large sofas, Large kitchen, Card Table with leather chairs, Large dining room table that seats 8, Bar that seats up to 6 and a 65in Flat Screen Tv. Every bedroom has a Flat Screen Smart Tv and mini splits that let you control the temperature in your room.

Open Water Lodge was designed for large groups that are looking for a place to gather while fishing, meeting, vacationing.

Our 4 bedrooms are furnished with your comfort being our number one priority. There are three full bathrooms in the lodge, so we are ready for a full house. During your down time we hope to see you enjoying the pool table, watching the big screen TV, relaxing in the Hot Tub or gathering around the large dining table to eat and share your stories from the day. 

Our expansive kitchen has been designed for you to cook for your group or allow us to have your meals catered in. We are happy to help you customize your stay. 

There are two large covered patios with ambient lighting, a large fan and a 12ft  hand built beautiful outdoor rustic table, rocking chairs and a large propane grill for outdoor cooking.
